We are currently seeking a Contract Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role is single sponsor dedicated in one of our FSP programs. As a Contract Specialist, you will be accountable for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts in the country/countries you are assigned. You will be working in close collaboration your stakeholders (Study Start-up Management, Project Management, Finance) in compliance with company standard & processes and ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
In this role your accountabilities will include, but will not be limited to: - Supporting country Study Start-up strategiy in close collaboration with Study Start-up Team Leads and Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordination, preparation, and executio of clinical study contracts and amendments for your assigned projects
- Tracking and overseeing contract status
- Negotiating finanical & legal conditions and escalating issues as applicable
- Being single point of contact for local Legal and ERC
- Developing and standardizing local contract templates and MSAs
Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred
- Preferably prior experience in the clinical research field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
