On a normal day, you would be facilitating meetings across our global organization, ensuring that our internal candidates are present at the correct course or job to maintain optimal progress in their education path.
At these meetings, it will also be your task to build a bridge between operations and the project manager, ensuring the project improves for the end users.
4-6 times a year you will also facilitate an onboarding week, which is a physical meeting and gathering week for some chosen new attendees to the PrimeForce Team.

The versatile team consists of 10 full-time employees and 6 student workers with the main purpose of supporting and enhancing the quality of the global technical service organization of MAN ES.
Our department is at the heart of PrimeServ Technical Service’s digital transition, focusing on enhancing technical support and customer service through Safety, People, Quality, Growth, and cost optimization. Quality is at the core of our operations, with robust quality assurance processes for both internal and external customers. We leverage digital platforms to optimize efficiency and assist in expanding our activities globally, with support tools and training for the significant increase of our service personnel. Our projects, such as PrimeForce, are key to driving these improvements and achieving our strategic goals.
What can you expect from us:
When joining our team, we will ensure you are properly trained in the entire PrimeForce program, mainly by our Technical advisor and the Project Manager for the program. We will open the doors to the internal network and ensure you receive support as you start this new job.
During the onboarding, you will gradually be exposed to our global organization via different planning meetings with coordinators and managers placed worldwide, and the Service Engineers who will be part of the training as trainees or trainers.
In the team, we have a strong focus on personal development and team development. We seek new knowledge by attending courses and sharing experiences within the team to ensure continuous development.
