Working with the World Climate Foundation will give you a chance to join a rapidly growing international organisation that is actively contributing to the necessary transformation that addresses the climate and biodiversity crises. Additionally, to work alongside inspiring leaders from government, business, financial institutions and civil society that are leading the way and shaping our future


You will support and contribute actively to the relationship building with our partners- clients, and coordinate their deliverables for alongside our Annual Roadmap and several high-level projects and international climate and biodiversity events. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in client engagement, has service minded attitude, excellent organisation and project management skills, and is able to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once. Has good communication and interpersonal skills as the daily work will require frequent interaction with both external and internal stakeholders.
This position will be integrated into the Partnership and Membership team but will also have touchpoints across the whole organisation. 


Tasks and Responsibilities  

  • Overall project management function of the partner services including implementation, management and maintenance of all tools (systems) and documents (guidelines, specifications etc.), communication procedures
  • Review and update of process optimisation and implementation of new processes in the partnerships and membership function as needed, in collaboration with management and other relevant departments
  • Overall responsibility for timeliness and quality services delivery to all partners, coordination across all organisation's departments for their respective responsibilities
  • Main coordination point between marketing, content, sales and production teams
  • Direct support to Partnership and Membership team in client services delivery (on calls and through information coordination)
  • Ongoing and frequent direct engagement with partners and members, taking ownership on their individual services lifecycle (annual plans, follow ups/touchpoints, feedback)
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner and member relationships
  • On site at events partner services support and engagement (assigned area responsibility)
  • Coordination of all respective weekly/monthly team meetings, trainings with implementation on all project processes and documents
  • Participation in required project meetings
  • Oher ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications  

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar, client facing role, ideally in corporate setting
  • Previous experience in project management and/or new process implementation with milestone and task assignment and monitoring
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and oral), fluency in English is a requirement with ability to communicate in a professional manner with external stakeholders and community contacts
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills, proactive, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and deliverables at once, while demonstrating excellent time management and teamwork skills in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment  
  • Service minded and positive attitude with genuine desire to build and maintain business relationships 
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), and relevant PM software
  • Knowledge of Climate Action, Global Biodiversity Framework, International Politics and/or Public-Private Partnerships considered a strong advantage
