What Will You Do?

• Lead the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Provide our guests with a warm, welcoming experience, making sure they leave with a smile
• Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver their best performance, keeping energy high and spirits up
• Manage inventory, reduce waste, and ensure we hit our financial goals
• Focus on quality control, ensuring our coffee is always up to the high standards our customers expect
• Maintain health and safety standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Be a coffee ambassador, sharing your passion and knowledge about coffee with your team and customers

Who Are You?

• You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in the food & beverage industry
• You have a passion for coffee and are excited to learn more and share that excitement with your team and customers
• You're a natural motivator and team player, bringing out the best in everyone around you
• You’re familiar with software such as MS Office, POS, and time & attendance systems
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take a strategic approach to your work
• You are fluent in English (Danish is a bonus!)
