As the Country Lead / Sales Manager for Sweden, you will spearhead our efforts to expand in the Nordic markets, with Sweden as your primary focus. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will execute the sales strategy for Sweden and be a crucial part of Learningbanks' overall game plan. Initially, you’ll lead a small team of yourself and one sales executive, with plans for team expansion as success is achieved.
You will be pivotal in building a localised sales approach, driving engagement with mid-market and Enterprise brands, and capitalising on enhanced marketing efforts.
Drive Sales & Growth: Take charge of the Swedish sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, with a strong focus on strategic account planning and hitting targets.
Build Awareness: Represent Learningbank at webinars, events, and industry forums, engaging prospects and amplifying our market presence.
Coach & Lead: Mentor, coach and develop your team.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver impact and success within your market.
A proven track record in sales, particularly in Sweden or the Nordics.
Success closing deals with mid-market and Enterprise clients.
Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and navigate many stakeholders
+7 years of selling experience and preferably with experience within SaaS/Tech and HR Solutions
You are driven and structured, ready to lead by example and demonstrate how it’s done
Deep understanding of the Swedish business landscape and a strong network of industry contacts.
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Experience working with marketing and cross-functional teams to localize and implement strategies.
Native Swedish speaker with excellent communication skills.
