CQV Planner - Copenhagen, Denmark - 12-Month Contract

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a CQV Planner to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.

Responsibilities:

Providing oversight of the current project portfolio to ensure schedules and timelines are met.

Specific support will be provided to the Lead Planner on the CQV schedule for the Expansion program.

Providing project planning (scheduling) support to the project team.

Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring that project schedules are developed.

Assuring that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring, forecasting and control.

Ensuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change orders.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in planning of large CAPEX projects (such as Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical) in multi-discipline teams.

Construction & CQV Scheduling experience.

Experience of delivering the schedule for projects of a similar scale – ideally million +.

Planning responsibility through lifecycle covering Detailed design, Construction and CQV to handover.

Extensive knowledge of the software tool Primavera and MS Project.

Working within a multi-disciplined project management matrix organisation.
