As a Marketing Intern at BRØG, you'll be at the forefront of redefining coffee culture and making a positive impact on the world. This isn’t your typical internship; we’re looking for someone with passion, creativity, and a drive to innovate. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real projects that will shape the future of our app, our brand, and our mission to change the world—one cup of coffee at a time.
Creative content development: Create engaging content that resonates with our audience, including social media posts, blog articles, and in-app content that highlights the importance of socially responsible coffee.
Brainstorm creative content: Collaborate with us to come up with engaging, fun, and innovative content ideas that resonate with coffee lovers.
Create captivating hooks: Help us craft scroll-stopping captions, intros, and concepts to grab attention.
Shoot and edit content: Bring ideas to life by filming and editing reels, TikToks, and other video content using tools like CapCut.
Engage with the community: Be part of the voice of BRØG – interact with followers, start conversations, and help us grow our following authentically.
Analyze & optimize: Keep an eye on metrics, learn what works, and refine our strategy to boost our organic growth.
Market research: Conduct research on emerging coffee trends, user preferences, and competitor analysis, with an emphasis on ethical sourcing and sustainable practices.
Community engagement: Help build and manage our online community by engaging with users, gathering feedback, and fostering a sense of connection among coffee lovers who care about making a difference.
Brand strategy: Work closely with our team to develop and refine BRØG’s brand voice and identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and emphasizing our commitment to social responsibility.
Creative mindset: The ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, especially around promoting responsible coffee consumption.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling that can inspire change.
Team player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools, and an interest in app development.
