We are looking for a sharp, dedicated and self-fueled creative profile with marketing and brand growth experience to help us manage our global communication and content creation to support and grow our online presence and strengthen brand perception.

Together with a small dedicated team, you will execute on our brand and marketing strategy and work with creative brand activation, content creation and copywriting, while also supporting the sales department with creating sales and presentation material.

About us

The Organic Crave ® is located in Odense where we develop new innovative snack solutions for the global market. We want to create better options for healthy living, and doing it in an unseen, unique and revolutionary way. 

We are a small but ambitious team, working on expanding The Organic Crave ® to international standards and penetrate new markets. At the moment we sell our products to the Nordic markets, as well as The Netherlands and Germany.

We expect you to be the following:

• You’re structured with your own time and when it comes to planning.

• You’re okay with out of office tasks.

• You can manage your own time and work structured.

• You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

• You have experience with marketing, copywriting and content creation

• You can develop and produce engaging content - and you are able to navigate and have hands on experience within the field of copywriting, graphic/content design and/or image/video editing.

• Experience with photography and design skills is a plus.

You will be working with:

• Content creation/writing and content planning across media platforms.

• Responsible for the overall execution of our marketing strategy.

• Manage PR and physical marketing.

• Handle and structure all collabs and partnerships.

• Responsible for managing and growing our community base.

• Co-develop and execute on marketing strategies nationally and internationally.

• Control and drive our marketing strategy forward with a goal-oriented mindset.
