As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator, you will take on an important role in VERO MODA’s e-commerce team.

You will be part of a highly ambitious team focusing on new initiatives to drive growth by personalising the individual customer experience. The team consists of passionate, proactive and cooperative colleagues – all committed to growing our VERO MODA brand in all our 15 online markets. We are all specialists, paying attention to details, yet we all understand how our input influences the bigger picture.
THE JOB
With a highly analytical approach as your point of reference, your main task will be the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives within CRM. You will work with our new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and develop the e-mail marketing channel ensuring strong growth in our customer database and an increased conversion rate through data-driven personalization. The role includes both operational and analytical tasks – as well as a number of projects within business development. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take responsibility and run projects independently.
