This is the job:
As the CRM & Membership Specialist, you’ll optimize our customer club and loyalty platform while leading impactful email and app marketing campaigns. Leveraging tools like Antavo and Klaviyo, you’ll create personalized, data-driven strategies to grow our membership base, boost engagement, and drive retention. You’ll work closely with the Customer Engagement team and report to the Head of Customer Engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Management: Optimize and enhance our Customer Club across platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and retention. Design innovative features and personalized campaigns using insights and CRM tools like Antavo and Klaviyo.
Email Marketing: Lead and optimize email campaigns to boost retail and e-commerce traffic, leveraging segmentation and data-driven personalization for impactful communication.
Collaboration: Partner with E-commerce, local, and global teams to align CRM initiatives and champion loyalty program communication across departments.
Insights & Optimization: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine strategies and track KPIs, ensuring measurable business impact.
Data & Compliance: Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
This is you:
1-3 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, membership / loyalty programs
Experience in optimizing email campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
Familiarity and interest with platforms like Antavo (loyalty cloud), Klaviyo (CRM), or similar CRM systems, including technical aspects for automation
Analytical mindset and proficiency in utilizing KPIs and data-driven approaches to achieve marketing objectives, specifically related to traffic generation.
Fluency in English.
Understanding of retail and e-commerce industries, with proven expertise in customer behaviour and lifecycle strategies.
Demonstrated ability to implement successful omnichannel CRM strategies.
