The RoleWe are seeking a structured and forward-thinking CRM Specialist to own our business processes related to our CRM to ensure streamlined and scalable workflows in our operations team (Marketing, Sales, Support & Customer Success).
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for translating everyday workflows into well-documented processes that are implemented in a user-friendly manner and smooth technical solutions in our CRM
With the CRM at the center of our business processes, you will be the owner of the CRM platform and will, together with the Growth Team, be responsible for its implementation to meet our strategic needs.
In this role, you will join our super sharp and cool Umbraco Growth team whose finest job is to find new ways to scale the business operations. The team consists of 10 members and they are known for getting things done while having fun. In this team, they celebrate failure (with their very own mascot, Johan The Moose) and have a strong focus on being reliable and challenging the ways things are done.
