As the Founding developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology vision and strategy of Skill3. You will lead the development of our platform, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. As a co-founder, you will work closely with the founding team to drive the company's mission, contribute to strategic decision-making, and ensure the long-term success of the company.
Platform Development: Take full ownership of the end-to-end development of the Skill3 platform from scratch, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with Skill3's vision and business goals, with an emphasis on future scalability.
Team Leadership (Future): Once the platform is established, recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Product Innovation (Future): As we grow, collaborate closely with the product team to integrate advanced features like gamification, skill-cluster analysis, and seamless profile transfers, ensuring the platform meets user needs.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform's security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations from the outset.
Scalability: Architect the platform with scalability in mind, ensuring it can support a growing user base and expanding feature set as the company evolves.
Collaboration: Work with co-founders to drive business strategy, fundraising efforts, and market positioning, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Background: We are open to various backgrounds, whether you're a full stack developer, previous CTO, or engineering lead. The key is your entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience in building software from scratch.

We have built an MVP in bubble.io so far, but are now ready to build a proper full stack MVP, to continue our validation. This will help us raise the pre-seed round of funding, with different options already available. The salary-range on the job post, is what should be expected in the early stages of building the company, after raising a pre-seed round. Salary will grow as the company grows.
