We aim to create a product with a generational impact while maintaining a relatively small team. Our CEO is an experienced designer and our MVP was developed by just him a frontend and a backend engineer. We want to keep the spirit of a lean team and organization as we grow to more people. We are looking for someone who resonates with this and enjoy being strategic while working alongside our other engineers on both the backend and the frontend.

Lead our team of engineers and make strategic decisions around scaling our technology. Help create and foster a culture that allows us to build a world class disruptive product. Help craft the product, build testing automation, and set up appropriate data tracking. Be a team player and someone who can roll up your sleeves and work alongside our other engineers both on the backend and frontend when needed. Our team is partly distributed with our CEO, COO and CMO local in Copenhagen, and our current frontend and backend engineers oversees.
You are a technical leader with a successful track record of building strong products and teams. You love scaling technology and are well versed in the various technologies available, and on top of how AI can be used to make product teams more efficient.
The product was primarily bootstrapped with a personal investment placed by the founder to build the MVP. You are coming in as we are raising our pre-seed round, giving us 24 months of runway to begin commercialization. You are coming in at a stage where you will get substantial equity without having to build a product from scratch.
