About the job
As a Customer Care Consultant for our Dutch market, you will become an ambassador for BOLIA. You will work at our beautiful head office in Værkmestergade and become part of the inspiring BOLIA culture – which is based on training and development, engaging colleagues and creating unique customer experiences.
For this position, the focus is on sales and service, and we work hard to provide a superbrand service to all our customers. If you have a background in the service industry, this will be a great advantage.
It is also important that you understand the balance between thoroughness and efficiency. We work in a fast-paced environment, where the perfect solution is measured by both speed and substance. You will have a wide network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization. It is key that you have good collaboration skills, and the ability to keep a cool head and a good mood even when things are busy.
Your tasks are diverse and will include:
Our Customer Care is currently open from 8 am to 7 pm every day of the week (except Sundays), but your primary working hours as a consultant will be from 08:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday. However, you will have an evening shift from 12:30 to 19:00 as well as a weekend shift (Saturday) from 09:00-16:00 approx. once or twice a month.
