What you’ll do:
Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving meaningful engagement? We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as the Customer Engagement Lead. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD) in Denmark, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, fostering valuable relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This is your chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in sales and marketing initiatives, promoting our cutting-edge software products and services.
· Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
· Work closely with MD and the rest of the team to ensure preperation for customer engagements. Ensure that MDs is informed on any news related to customers and their annual reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including department heads and the MD's office.
· Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Support MD with team activities and drive internal activities to foster an engaging work environment.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
· Fluency in Danish and English
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
