We are currently seeking a highly experienced and creative Customer Experience Specialist to join our newly established Commercial Excellence team.

 

CREATE AND DESIGN THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer journey and experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your goal is to create positive experiences that drive customer loyalty and operational efficiency.

Collaborating across departments, you will ensure our services are customer-centric and that every interaction adds value. Your insights and efforts will help shape the way customers perceive and interact with our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement service designs to optimize customer interactions across segments and markets
  • Analyze and map out the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in training team members on best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance, providing actionable insights

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevant educational background, ideally in Marketing or Communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in customer experience, service design, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proactive with a have high drive, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Solid IT skills, well-versed in the Office suite, especially PowerPoint
