About the position
We are now looking for a Customer Interaction Specialist to join our customer service team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The work schedule is varied, and shifts will both be possible in the weekdays and on weekends between 9 AM- 5 PM. There will be opportunity for additional hours in peak seasons.
Primarily, you will serve Norwegian and Danish guests on the Copenhagen-Oslo route (Oslo Ferry). However, you will also be assisting Swedish- and English-speaking customers.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include to;
In this role, you will become a central part of the Oslo - Copenhagen Route; a solid international company with Danish roots. You will join the customer service team for our largest passenger route. Your language skills are important. We expect you to be proficient in both Norwegian and English (spoken and written). It is a plus if you are also proficient in Danish or in other languages.
