About the position

We are now looking for a Customer Interaction Specialist to join our customer service team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The work schedule is 37 hours per week and the shifts will be between 8.30 AM- 5 PM Monday to Friday. The position is a Paternity leave for 5 months with possibility for extended or permanent position if the mutual fit is favourable.

Primarily, you will serve Norwegian and Danish guests on the Copenhagen-Oslo route (Oslo Ferry). However, you will also be assisting Swedish- and English-speaking customers.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include to;

  • Provide great customer service to Oslo - Copenhagen Route customers across channels with high engagement
  • Combine service and sales over the phone
  • Write e-mails and chats
  • Take on various administrative tasks.

In this role, you will become a central part of the Oslo - Copenhagen Route; a solid international company with Danish roots. You will join the customer service team for our largest passenger route.   • Can perfectly balance the ability to combine service and sales over the phone
  • Love serving customers with a positive attitude
  • Are precise and sharp in your communication
  • Have a flair for customer interaction as well as administrative tasks.

Your language skills are important. We expect you to be proficient in both Norwegian and English (spoken and written). It is a plus if you are also proficient in Danish or in other languages.
