Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Agent within our Customer Support division. This position falls under our Corpay One line of business based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Corpay One was created to fully automate the invoice flow of companies. We do this with a market leading document scanner, intelligent approval flows and payments without online banking. Corpay One was started in 2016 and acquired in 2021 by the American Company, Corpay. And while our muscles have grown, our dynamic, ambitious and informal mentality has remained the same. We are a close-knit team that collaborates across departments and together contributes to the company's growth. We are based in a beautiful office in Copenhagen's Northwest quarter and here the dynamic atmosphere can really be felt!

This is a full-time, permanent role working onsite at our Copenhagen office. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. An essential requirement for this role is speaking and writing Danish fluently.


What you’ll be doing

The most important thing in this role is to always provide an absolutely world-class service and meet the customers with personality and good energy.  We'll make sure that you learn all the technical stuff, even if you haven't worked with a software company before.

Our customers are the absolute most important thing in our business, and therefore we constantly strive to give them the best possible service. Although not everyone may find invoice payment and bookkeeping exciting, as the commercial face of Corpay One you will play a vital role in providing our users with a positive and smooth experience with our product.

In addition to handling inquiries from customers, you will have to think proactively and potentially reach out to customers to prevent any challenges.

We have taken the first steps with the launch of Corpay One on the UK market. You will therefore come to support a mixture of new and existing Danish and English customers.


Key Accountabilities

  • First and foremost, you must love talking to customers. You have a service-minded attitude, and you approach customers with a smile and kindness.

  • You are patient. You don't give up until the customer problems has been solved.

  • You like to solve problems, and you find satisfaction in helping customers with their challenges.

  • If you are structured, that is a big advantage. You will have many cases open at once, so it is important that you can maintain an overview.

  • You are social and like to be around people. We have a strong team to which we expect you to contribute.

  • You will not be intimidated by getting to know new IT programs. We use many different platforms, including Slack, Intercom and Jira.

  • If you have technical knowledge, that is a plus. We operate as both customer and technical support for our users. .

  • It’s a requirement to write and speak fluent Danish and English (the latter for professional use).
