BAT DENMARK IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE IN SUPPLY CHAIN

FUNCTION: Supply Chain

SUB FUNCTION: Logistics

CITY & COUNTRY: Copenhagen, Denmark

ROLE SUMMARY

The role is part of our ambitious and dynamic Supply Chain Team, focusing on order management, including receiving and placing customer orders, and ensuring 3PL order delivery. Responsibilities also include inventory management, reporting, handling customer complaints, and leading customer service activities through collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

The role directly impacts the commercial business by ensuring delivery of our products to consumers while achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction on time in fill.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Placement of orders and order billing
  • Managing stock, including accuracy, movements, and destructions
  • Ensuring compliance by adhering to procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customer accounts
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Exhibiting an agile, resilient, and proactive attitude to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures
  • EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    Experience Required

  • Solid experience from Order Handling, Customer Service and Inventory Management.
  • Good Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations
  • Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems ., SAP and Excel
  • Analytical skills and basic knowledge of company management
  • Effective and clear in communication and presentation both verbal and written skills
  • Work independently while managing complexity and deadlines
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions
  • Have a collaborative and flexible style
  • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Business or University Degree within Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (preferably Danish) is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
