GANNI IS LOOKING FOR A DUTCH AND/OR FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN COPENHAGEN


YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of our B2C Customer Service team, with a focus on providing excellent experience and service for our e-commerce and in-store clients. The role involves being the main point of contact for our clients, key contact for our 3PLs, and having a close collaboration with internal departments such as e-commerce, retail, tech, and logistics. 

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-17 CET, and we are looking for someone who can work 2-3 days a week physically at our office in Copenhagen but with the flexibility to cover additional hours during busy periods and holiday seasons. 

Besides being responsible for daily operations, you will play an important part in driving the service area forward as our business continues to grow. You’ll play a key role in building trust with clients and ensuring an exceptional experience by delivering service with dedication and care. To succeed in the job, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment, and you are positive and independent with a can-do attitude. You are customer-centric by nature, and your communication skills are first-class. 

 

Responsibilities ahead of you:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for online and in-store clients via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work closely with internal teams such as digital, retail, tech, and finance teams
  • Manage coordination of deliveries, returns, and special client requests in partnership with our external warehouse
  • Ensure top-tier service for all B2C clients, contributing to the growth and success of our retail and e-commerce operations 

 

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about delivering excellent service to clients
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in Dutch and/or French
  • Good technical flair and preferably experience with order management and ticket systems. Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
  • Knowledge about GANNI and our products
  • Prior experience in a global work environment and client services is an advantage.
