Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment type: local EOR Contract
Responsabilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, services, and solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
Requirements:
- Very good level of Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
