Customer Service Desk Officer
As a Customer Service Desk officer, you will be a part of the Customer Service Desk team. The role is focused on administrative tasks, customer contact and making sure the customers receive the best possible service as well. In the beginning, this role focusses on administrative tasks, but as you learn you’ll also handle emails and customer calls.
As you get more acquainted with your work you will also be responsible for quick and correct execution and follow up of incoming client requests (for information), in line with operations processes and customer agreements, in order to optimize the service to customers in terms of cost, speed and quality.
