Do you go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a global family of shoemakers?

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team, working from our Nordic regional office in the center of Copenhagen, as soon as possible.

What will you be doing every day?

Receive and process incoming emails and calls

Handle and manage time-critical sales orders

Process complaints and invoice corrections

Provide support for and collaborate with responsible Sales Representatives

Be in contact and coordinate tasks with colleagues in other functions and at other locations in Europe

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will:

Have relevant experience from a similar Customer Service function

Fluent in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish, writing and speaking

Have the ability to communicate fluently in English, both in writing and speaking

Generally have good communication skills

Be customer friendly and easy going with the ability to put the customer first

Be a team player with a desire to collaborate with other good colleagues

Be familiar with working in Microsoft Office at proper user level

Have experience from SAP or other financial management systems
