Customer Service Front Office Team Manager

What you will enjoy doing

• You will coordinate the work for front office team of the Danish customer service located in Ballerup, Denmark and Tallinn, Estonia
• You will take full responsibility for coordinating the work within the order-to-bill process, including handling queries related to Hospital and Homecare, industrial and specialty gas order segments
• You will oversee the team'sactivities across various customer service touchpoints, including phone andSalesForce Case Management, while ensuring you meet agreed REN targets. Assuch, you will be responsible for both operational and personnel aspects of theteam
• Working together with theCustomer Service Manager in Denmark, you will optimize processes, enhanceservices, and prioritize customers' and stakeholders' needs
• Being a key player in buildinga supportive team environment, you will take ownership of customer issues,troubleshoot any problems and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

• Your language skills will beessential, and you must have an excellent command of both Danish and English
• The role requires you to be adedicated team player with strong cooperative, planning and time managementskills. You must be able to communicate effectively, solve problems efficientlyand possess proficiency in IT applications
• A customer- andsolution-oriented mindset, paired with a willingness to assist others, isessential for success in this position. The ability to work accurately andefficiently under stressful conditions is equally important
• Previousleadership or equivalent experience of 3-5 years will be an advantage
