Position Overview:
The overall goal of the position is to provide excellent service to all our customers, and sell our top-market products, respecting internal procedures and the legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform currency exchange transactions following company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company positively during all interactions.
- Identify customer needs, explain the advantages of exchange processes, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
- Document transactions accurately in compliance with legal and procedural standards.
- Proactively offer suggestions for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (minimum requirement).
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or sales role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of Danish or other languages is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Comfortable with direct customer interaction and committed to delivering top-tier service.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
