We're on the hunt for a passionate, charismatic, and customer-centric leader to join us as our Customer Service Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Lead with Flair: Manage, inspire, and grow our fantastic Customer Service team of +35 people. You’ll be the go-to person for all things Customer Service, ensuring our team hits all the high notes in performance and satisfaction.
Customer Experience Maestro: Craft unforgettable customer experiences by ensuring our service is not just reactive but also proactive. You'll turn challenges into opportunities and customers into lifelong fans.
Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and tools in Customer Service. Implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer journey.
Data & Finance: Use your analytical superpowers to interpret customer feedback, track performance metrics, and create actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. Responsible for the budget.
Collaboration Champion: Work closely with our Team Lead, Customer Service Specialist, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive customer experience. Be the bridge between customers and e.g. our Service Technicians and IT-team.
What You'll Bring:
Experience & Expertise: +3 years of proven experience in Customer Service Management, with a track record of leading teams to success.
People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a natural at building relationships and managing diverse teams.
Problem-Solver: Quick on your feet with a knack for resolving issues efficiently and effectively. No challenge is too big for you.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with different IT systems and Customer Service software. Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus.
Cool & Collected: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool. Your positive attitude is infectious.
Language Skills: Danish and English as a must. Another Nordic language is a plus.
