What you will enjoy doing

  • You will ensure and give strategic and operational support to order-to-cash customer service team Denmark
  • You will lead the team stimulating the team spirit and motivation
  • In this role you will ensure the service and process execution according to defined KPI´s
  • Report performance and quality metrics
  • Coordinate multifunctional meetings to discuss business results and action plans
  • Coordinate the development of innovative and operational solutions through the creation of an environment of continuous improvement
  • Further you will understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by the organization

What makes you great

  • You have a University degree (required) and/or master’s degree (desirable; Business-Finance or education preferred)
  • Language spoken in the specific market (native or C2: Danish, or English level C1 (required)
  • You have 5 Years of management experience in areas such as client support, sales, marketing and/or previous experience on a shared services center
  • You have excellent leadership skills
  • In addition you have strong ability to influence and impact on the implementation of changes, maintaining a strong performance and motivation
  • You are able to work under pressure and in a high-volume workload environment
  • You are analytical, detailed oriented person with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Also, you have knowledge in project management
