Our Customer Service team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class support, ensuring our customers feel valued and heard at every interaction. Working closely with other teams, including the Warehouse, E-commerce and Retail, we aim to provide a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
As a Customer Service Representative at NAKED Copenhagen, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication. You will be part of a passionate team, working to provide timely and thoughtful assistance while maintaining the high standards we’re known for.
Provide customers with solution-orientated guidance and exceptional customer service.
Handle online orders, exchanges, returns, and claims.
Communicate and respond to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and social media.
Collaborating closely with the warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with our couriers to handle customer shipment inquiries.
Product knowledge to provide our customers with accurate information.
Assist with diverse administrative tasks.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
Previous experience with (online) customer service.
A positive and cheerful attitude while handling conflicts and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
An empathetic approach that is reflected in your communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new IT systems.
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset.
Flexibility to work some weekends, evenings, and events.
Proficiency in French, German, and/or Dutch, either written or spoken.
Experience with Business Central, Shopify, and Zendesk.
A passion for sneakers/streetwear and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
