Customer Services Specialist responds to customer enquiries via phone or e-mail to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards.
Call handling for customers, Key Account Managers and Distributors. Receive and respond to emails and other written correspondence from customers. Answer customer enquiries and manage their orders, service needs and complaints. Maintain detailed product and service knowledge. Processingof customer projects and sales. Responsible for handling the order management process including customer special requirements and instructions, replacement of deliveries, forecasting, and deadline tracking. Cooperate with Sales, Warehouse, Blending/Technical and Financial departments. Provide the daily communication link between strategic customers, distributors, Blending and Technical departments. Manages the order fulfillment process for all Direct Accounts and Distributors, processing all orders and sales. Provides billing and inventory management for all accounts. Responsible for correct pricing according to the valid price-lists, including error report. Management of the Shipping process. Enforce credit limits rules; active cooperation with Sales Management on credit limit level. Problem-solving relating to product and customer complaints. Reporting of data related to purchase and sales process to the relevant teams; reporting KPIs related to customer sales process. Cooperation with internal and external vendors. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Logistics or other relevant subject. Qualification in customs administration. Qualification or experience in transportation processing (road, sea and air freights including control compliance with all relevant regulation regarding the carriage of dangerous goods). Basic working knowledge of commercial organization. Good computer skills. Good communication skills. Valid Driving License. Fluent in English Previous experience in similar position.
