We are looking for an independent, experienced, and outgoing Customer Success Consultant with a strong drive to join our Customer Success team.
As a Customer Success Consultant, your main task will be to ensure that our customers achieve maximum value from their Colibo solution. You will thrive in the role if you are motivated by advising and delivering solutions that match customer needs. At the same time, you understand how to adapt your communication to suit different customer profiles.
You are motivated by a varied workday, where you have both days out with customers and at our office in Aarhus C.
Planning and conducting workshops and training
Providing guidance and expertise on setup, design, and content architecture
Contributing to sales and meeting budget targets for your own consulting hours
Developing Customer Success products and services
Planning and conducting product and campaign webinars
Maintaining and developing the customer universe in collaboration with the team
Has Customer Success experience or experience from a similar customer-facing position where selling your own hours is a natural part of the job
Possesses strong ability to understand the unique situations of both large and small organizations and provide tailored advice based on their specific needs
Is a strong communicator and has experience with conducting both physical and online workshops and training
Has a creative mindset and the ability to create connections between different activities to improve the customer experience and increase sales
Has project management skills, particularly the ability to inspire and motivate
Has an eye for branding, good UI, and understands UX and design principles
Has skills and experience with light graphic work (Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Photoshop)
Is decisive, action-oriented, and has a strong drive
Speaks and writes Danish fluently and has professional proficiency in English. German skills are a plus, not a must.
