As our Customer Success & Event Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of events. From collaborating with event organizers to creating efficient processes, no two days will look the same!
Building strong relationships with our customers through excellent communication and support.
Assisting with customer onboarding and helping them succeed with Preo’s platform.
Developing and improving processes to optimize event operations.
Representing Preo at festivals and events, ensuring smooth execution and gathering feedback.
Collaborating with our team to deliver insights that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Passion for the event and tech industries.
Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel and participate in events during the spring and summer season.
