We're seeking a visionary Customer Success Manager to drive our expansion in the APAC region. This role is for someone who excels at translating complex maritime challenges into tangible operational improvements using our comprehensive suite of advanced solutions.
What You'll Do:
Spearhead the adoption and integration of Danelec Ship Performance solutions across diverse customer fleets
Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive value realization, retention, and expansion
Build and nurture C-level relationships within shipping companies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on maritime digital transformation
Leverage data from our integrated solutions to provide actionable insights that significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions
Collaborate with our product teams to evolve our offerings based on real-world customer needs and feedback
Lead high-impact initiatives that showcase the measurable value of our ship performance solutions
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in maritime tech or SaaS
Deep understanding of the maritime industry's operational challenges and sustainability goals
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving customer ROI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from various ship performance tools
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or maritime-related degree is advantageous
