In this position, you will build long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and managing both new and existing customers with a strong customer-oriented approach. You also need to be able to listen and to act proactively. We're looking for a CSM who can maintain close relationships with our suppliers to ensure that rental units are ordered, produced, and delivered on time. Workplace: we are moving to Østerbro (Copenhagen) in January 2025, currently we are located in Søborg.
