Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Hamilton. This position is perfect for someone who excels in building relationships, solving problems, and driving customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and how Hamilton can best meet their needs.

  • Proactively monitor customer usage to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Product, Engineering, and Sales—to address customer feedback and improve the platform.

  • Provide training and resources to empower users and maximize platform adoption.

  • Track and report on key metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and usage trends.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or public affairs platforms is a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools like CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Danish & English
