We are searching for a Customer Support Agent (Student or a candidate on sabbatical leave)
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde . We are proud of working with technical solutions that are vital for Denmark’s financial infrastructure. At BEC, you will become an expert supporting net- and mobile-banking services. You will be part of the Customer Service team in IT Management. Your direct manager will be Nadeem Nielsen
In the position as Customer Support Agent, you will work closely with operations and developers to ensure stable functionality across BEC systems. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
We have different opening hours ranging every day between 08:00-22:00, so shift flexibility is important.
Preferably, you have an educational background at least at High School level with an understanding of user interaction and IT.
This position is primarily suited for students. You need to have a student card to apply for the position and your contract expires when the student card is no longer valid. Alternative a candidate on sabbatical leave would also be considered.
With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must be somewhat fluent in English. The position is based at Havsteensvej 4, 4000 Roskilde. You will report to the manager of Customer Service, Nadeem Nielsen.
