Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Support & Content Assistant to join our team. This role will involve focusing on customer support -especially during the busy winter season and shifting to more content marketing related activities in the spring and summer. You’ll primarily manage customer support for our UK website, with additional responsibilities in assisting country managers across our international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assist UK customers with inquiries during peak winter months and support other country managers as needed.
• Content & Marketing: Help develop and optimize SEO content, assist with email marketing, and support CRO projects to enhance our online performance.
• Cultural Insight & Engagement: Collaborate with our international team to maintain a consistent brand message across multiple markets.
