Customer support Engineer:

We are looking for you who have many years of experience as a Customer Support Engineer and are now ready to lift your career to the next level, where you provide technical support to customers all over the world? DAMM manufactures advanced radio communication equipment that is sold to customers from Norway to Brazil and Thailand to Australia and in between.

About the job

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be co-responsible for helping our customers solve challenges with the installation and operation of DAMM's radio communication equipment. The job requires deep insight into general Windows support, but in particular also RF and electronic circuits.

Qualifications and experience

• Technically skilled. If you were to be a radio amateur then it would be a huge bonus. The technical complexity is at the heavy end, so you should be able to handle command line, Windows registry, and configuration files without any problems, but also interact with DAMM's own electronics circuits.
• IP network experience – preferably a Cisco certification. The products use advanced IP configurations, so you need to have experience in making and troubleshooting network setups.
• Electronics knowledge.The products consist of both software and hardware, so it will be a great advantage if you have previously worked with software that is integrated with proprietary hardware.

The customers and colleagues come from many different countries, so the working language is Danish and English. Geographically, the workplace is in Sønderborg.

It would be perfect if you already have some knowledge of radio communication technology.
