The Position
Your role will be anchored in manufacturing Science and Technology & Quality Control (MSATQC), in the newly established Business Support department. Within the department, a small team drives the development of training competencies and structure across MSATQC.
As CVP Training Partner for MSATQC, you will be driving the Training agenda in our fast growing organization, assessing our business needs and implementing the right solutions across MSATQC. You will be a trusted business partner to management on training topics and driving our current focus to onboard new employees in the best way.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Identify focus areas for improvements in MSATQC, as well as drive and support execution in all levels of the organization, from CVP and leaders to professionals and lab technician.
Develop and implement training concepts and standards
Drive and identify Training for Competence projects
Coach and develop members of the Training group
Engage in our cross-CVP Training network to build best practices
Drive and support the training processes in MSATQC and ensure alignment with MSATQC strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance of our training processes with our Quality Management System Qualifications
Qualifications
For this role, we are looking forward to connecting with candidates who have:
An academic degree and sufficient experience in training and learning theory, and preferably in a GMP regulated industry.
Proven experience in designing and developing effective training solutions.
Strong skills in change management and stakeholder management at different organizational levels.
Experience in planning and execution of training projects, driven by problem-solving, spotting opportunities, and driving change.
Confidence and experience as a trainer and facilitator.
Proficient in using knowledge and skills within learning and human behavior to understand and solve business problems, independently organizing, planning, and coordinating tasks.
As a person, you will settle more easily into the role if you are passionate about your field and a natural go-getter. Your ability to build trust and relations with leaders and employees, as well as your change management and interpersonal skills will come in handy. You can navigate between strategic and operational levels, adapting to your stakeholder. Working independently is something you are comfortable with, but you also function well in a core team.
Being able to communicate fluently in English and Danish, at a business level, will be an advantage. Our organization have stakeholders in Denmark, US and Ireland.
About the Department
Business Support is a department within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management.
We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience. At work, although ambitions are high, we try to keep a light and informal tone.
