SAP Customer Experience (CX) is a line of business organization (LoB) within SAP focusing on supporting customer to drive topline growth and improve the customer experience towards their end-customers. CX plays an important role in supporting SAP’s growth ambitions to be the #1 Enterprise Application and Business AI Company on the market. The CX solution portfolio enables companies of all sizes to manage their customers in today’s demanding customer centric environment in areas such as Digital Commerce, Customer Data Management, Marketing, Sales and Service. SAP is on a journey to redefine the traditional CRM segment and is best placed to support customers in driving new innovation and efficiency through end-to-end business process support, Business AI and leading cloud-native technologies and partnerships in the CX space.
You will be part of an passionate Nordic CX team with a very vast experience in supporting customers through their customer experience transformations and will enjoy working in a high pace environment. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to take ownership of your territory, from planning to execution and support your sales teams to new heights through customer focus, creativity, and teamwork. In this role you will work in close collaboration with the wider SAP Industry Sales teams and your extended virtual Account Team.
Your focus will be – demand generation and growth:
You will drive the full sales funnel - from finding lead, contacting lead, to nurturing lead into an opportunity and drive the sales process to closing (and handover to Customer Success).
Resources to help you accomplish this will be your Nordic sales/Presales team and SAP CX Sales and Marketing assets.
Fast onboarding and education into SAP CX will be provided.

We are looking for a “can do and startup mindset” – a sales profile, that understands where to add value with SAP CX solutions.
Communication and presenting skills need to be at high level.
It would a be a plus if you have experience and knowledge within:
• Demand generation (not only from within software)
• Sales experience (not only from within CX and IT)
• CX experience (SAP and other)
• Understands how to build a winning business case/proposal
• Education from with business lines like CBS
Languages: Danish, perfect in writing/spoken and English: business level.
SAP offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art business focused CX portfolio and some of demarks large customers.

Start date: February 2025
6-month limited contract with the possibility of extension
