As a Danish Customer Support Agent, you’ll help customers thrive while immersing yourself in the rich culture and laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle of Athens!

Work Details

Your role as a Customer Support Agent will together with your team, to handle customer issues in a friendly, effective, and professional manner via email, chat, and phone for one of the world’s most respected brands! You will have a creative, friendly, and solution-oriented approach with customers and colleagues.

Example of daily tasks:

• Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding their services and subscriptions.
• Deliver quick, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries to keep smiles on our customers’ faces!
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
• Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including updates and adjustments.
• Guide customers through software features, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
• Ensure every interaction delivers accurate, complete information and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements for this position:

• Very good level of the Danish Language (C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
• Computer skills – basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
• Proactive & Quick Learner: Able to adapt to client needs and deliver top-notch solutions.
• Multitasker: Ability to stay organized and effective under pressure.
• EU Citizenship or Work Permit for Greece
