Job Description
The technician is responsible for carrying out planned WO according to standards and safety procedures, as well as participating in shifts where the control room is staffed 24/7.
- Participate in daily maintenance tasks, as well as manning the control room.
- Acquire sufficient skills and resources to implement processes.
- Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed.
- Actively participate in safety stand down.
- Assist in training and development of new colleagues through peer training.
The technician has the following primary duties:
- Participate in the shift plan with 12-hour shifts
- Ensure that safe schedules and task quality is observed and updated.
- Motivate colleagues and encourage commitment to tasks.
Qualifications
- Electrical or technical background
- Necessary continuing education
