Data Center Facilities Operator Services - Mechanical

The technician is responsible for carrying out planned WO according to standards and safety procedures, as well as participating in shifts where the control room is staffed 24/7.

• Participate in daily maintenance tasks, as well as manning the control room.
• Acquire sufficient skills and resources to implement processes.
• Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed.
• Actively participate in safety stand down.
• Assist in training and development of new colleagues through peer training.

The technician has the following primary duties:

• Participate in the shift plan with 12-hour shifts
• Ensure that safe schedules and task quality is observed and updated.
• Motivate colleagues and encourage commitment to tasks.

• Electrical or technical background
• Necessary continuing education

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance
