AJ Vaccines is looking for a data-savvy and analytical HR Student Assistant to support our team. In this position you will play a key role in our data team focusing on areas such as employee analytics, performance metrics, and workforce optimization.

This is a great opportunity to gain extensive hands-on experience with transforming data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities
Your primary role will involve contributing to the development of our HR department with a keen focus on data-centric approaches. You will assist our HR Data & Insights Partner and HR Operations Partner in establishing processes for both operational and strategic HR activities. You will gain exposure to various aspects of HR responsibilities, integrating data analytics wherever possible.

Your tasks will include

• Coordinating and overseeing diverse data-centric activities, including reports and presentations on e.g., sickness absence, attrition, FTE budgets, overtime, and vacation spent.
• Assisting on various systems and workflows e.g., engagement platform and onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Responding to employee queries.
• Managing and coordinating events e.g., workshops, training, and social gatherings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program in a related field.
• Passionate about data and experience working with Excel. 
• Curious when it comes to AI.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The weekly commitment for this role is approximately 15 hours with flexibility to accommodate your school and exam schedule.
