Data Sceintist

We are looking for a Data Scientist for our client in pharma.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience with: Streamlit
• Experience with: Postfres
• Experience with: Python
• Experience with: Git,
• Experience with: Docker setups
• Experience with: Virtual machines (Linux)
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in Migration of data science application "CTR Portal" from Domino to the ASAPS platform
• Modify data stream from Metabolite readers (an analytical instrument called RapidPoint 500e)
• Help in migrating database type from sqlite3 to Postgres where it is used across the Cell Therapy IT infrastructure
