About the role

The Data Science Consultancy Directors role is a leader, a project manager, who thrives on communicating insights and forming recommendations to clients. You will be a part of the Data Science Director group in Copenhagen and have responsibility for a team of 4-6 Data Science Consultants as well as the daily operations. Your role will be:

• Drive Annalects strategy in collaboration with Annalects leadership team
• Lead employees and secure employee satisfaction, retention and development
• Client and Project management (end to end delivery responsibility)
• Coordinate and contribute to product innovation and solution across the different Annalect departments
• Convert results from our solutions to useful insights and recommendations, supporting the continuous growth journey for client business
