The position
As a Data Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving highly complex and impactful data-related projects and initiatives. Your work will be important in improving the use of data in Quality, ultimately benefiting Novo Nordisk and, most importantly, our patients. This position is at the forefront of our digital transformation, directly contributing to the success of our Quality Management System (QMS) transformation and the overall data agenda within Integrated Quality (IQ).

Furthermore, you will develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships to ensure data initiatives meet business needs and objectives. Collaborate with various departments to create shared agreements on data approaches, fostering a unified data strategy across the organization.
This role gives you the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping how Novo Nordisk leverages data to enhance quality processes, directly impacting patient outcome and far-reaching impacts across the entire organization.
Your expertise and leadership in this role will be instrumental in positioning Novo Nordisk as a leader in data-driven quality management in the pharmaceutical industry.

Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you had some knowledge about possibilities and limitations with advanced algorithms (e.g. classification, regression, clustering, NLP, image analysis, computer vision, and graph theory) and the required data foundation.
On a personal level, you are a skilled communicator with the ability to navigate complex political landscapes. You have high personal drive and are not easily discouraged.

The position is part of Novo Nordisk’s Integrated Quality programme. The programme is dedicated to ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products through robust data management and innovative technological solutions. The team consists of highly skilled professionals working collaboratively to support the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes.
