Role Overview
The Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our local data warehouse, known as the Information Platform. This platform has been stable for the past five years but requires ongoing support to ensure its seamless operation. The role involves managing integrations with external systems, optimizing data flows, and ensuring system stability. The developer also supports the hardware setup and collaborates on database management activities.
Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize the Information Platform, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Manage system landscape of Information Platform.
Implement new integrations with external systems.
Optimize existing code and data flows, ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse.
Collaborate on hardware setup and troubleshoot any system issues that arise.
Ensure the smooth operation of the data warehouse to support reporting requirements and client data deliveries.
Required competencies:
Extensive experience in data warehouse management and optimization.
Strong understanding of database management systems and data integration processes.
Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and hardware setup.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Expert level Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services
Flow optimization expert level
Minimum 5 years DWH experience as specialist.
Your English and Danish language skills must be fluent.
