Demand Manager

The Job
As Demand Manager you will have the management responsibility of our demand management team which is responsible for forecasting and replenishment for our warehouse. You will be responsible for forecasting customer demand for our warehouse assortment, ensuring that the right amount of stock is available to meet market needs while minimizing costs. You will manage inventory levels, oversee replenishment to ensure timely restocking, and collaborate closely with sales to enable warehouse sales. In addition, you will work with our procurement team to ensure suppliers meet replenishment needs and partner with the warehouse to maintain stock availability at optimal levels.

Who Are You?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with some practical experience in supply chain and demand management. Alternatively, you have significant experience in supply chain and demand management, ideally within an organization with a similar operating model. You are a proactive problem-solver with the ability to look holistically at decisions and processes.
