Deputy Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Program Manager for the Identity and Access Management Project.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Be a very experience strategic program manager with strong communications skills
• Have experience with driving projects with high attention from Senior Management
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Work closely together with the Program Manager and the Program Sponsor to ensure strategic alignment with the programs overall objectives and the Identity and Access Management strategic ambitions.
• Be pivotal in managing project stakeholders such as steering committees and senior management through strong communication and leadership
