Requirements

We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about sales and designing kitchen solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be based in Aarhus, report to the Head of Sales, and work closely with our Danish sales team and customer success team in Copenhagen.

Main Tasks:

• Conduct in-store, online, and home visit consultations to provide expert advice on kitchen projects, focusing on design, color, and space.
• Ensure that every client receives personalized assistance and is treated with respect.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
• Reach out to potential clients via phone and email.
• Maintain a database of clients and your customer pipeline to ensure every customer is followed up on to close the sale.
• Perform daily tasks to keep the showroom in optimal condition.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a sales or consulting role is preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to understand clients’ needs and offer appropriate design solutions.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Mac, PC, and Microsoft Office.
